Classrooms

4Life has 7 beautiful, modern classrooms filled with natural light. The classrooms are designed according to Montessori standards, with 5 learning areas: Practical life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Language, Culture.

Each class has its own classroom, and children will spend about 2 years in this classroom before moving up to the next grade. Every classroom is filled with age-appropriate learning materials for the children to explore.  Theme-based centers as well as dramatic play areas, reading nooks, sensory tables and manipulatives are thoughtfully designed for developing the pre-academic (Nursery) and academic (Junior and Senior) skills of our children.

Skillrooms

In order to motivate and inspire children’s skills, 4Life Education creates 6 skillrooms tailored to children’s habits and abilities.

  • – Library;
  • – Art and craft;
  • – Science;
  • – Dance and physically;
  • – Instrumental and music;
  • – Cooking.

“Education should no longer be mostly imparting of knowledge, but must take a new path, seeking the release of human potentialities.” – Dr. Maria Montessori

Indoor Playgrounds

4Life has 3 indoor playgrounds: an activity area and 2 small group game areas.

The activity area is a wooden complex with various challenges such as a balance beam, swing, slide, climbing, and basketball. This area supports both gross and fine motor skills for children, especially necessary for Nursery and Junior classes. The small group game areas is designated for assembly, construction, career guidance, and game board activities… Indoor Playgrounds are not usually utilized frequently on a daily basis, but it’s an excellent spot to hang out on rainy days.

He [the child] climbs upstairs and on chairs. He does not climb on chairs in order to sit on them, but just for the sake of climbing. We may wonder why he should make such a great effort if he does not want to enjoy sitting in an armchair once he has got up and into it. But no, he climbs onto the seat of the chair, across the arms and down on the floor again. It is a cycle of activity, an effort which brings a special coordination of movement. His purpose is to train himself and not to enjoy himself.

Outdoor Playgrounds

4Life Education features four outdoor playgrounds, each covered with full trees, specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of children for play and exercise, thus maximizing educational effectiveness.

4Life boasts a total outdoor playground area of 1,500 square meters. Within this space, there are 3 wooden houses, 1 swimming pool, 2 large sand pits, 2 natural grass fields, 2 gardens (1 of which is currently under construction and will be completed before December 31, 2024), 1 fish pond, and 1 pet farm.

With a variety of outdoor play areas, a wide range of free and organized play activities can take place according to the lesson plan and the diverse needs of children, which is an important factor in helping children develop comprehensively.

“Experience has shown that when children have a chance at physical activities which bring their natural impulses into play, going to school is a joy, management is less of a burden, and learning is easier.” – John Dewey, Democracy and Education (1916)

Gardens and Pets

4Life Education places great importance on the role of gardening and pet care in Early childhood education. We invest in vegetable gardens, flower gardens, and pet areas to support this idea.
The vegetable and flower gardens are located in sunny areas and feature a variety of seasonal plants. By engaging in hands-on activities, children learn about the natural world, develop patience, and practice responsibility. These early experiences with nature help build a strong foundation for a lifelong appreciation for our planet.
The pet area is spacious, airy, and sunny, which helps keep the pets healthy and makes it easy to clean their house. Having pets allows children to observe, interact, and learn about animals. It can be a valuable part of a child’s education and care experience, enriching their learning about nature, ecology, and love, relationships.

Solicitous care for living things affords satisfaction to one of the most lively instincts of the child’s mind. Nothing is better calculated than this to awaken an attitude of foresight.” – Dr. Maria Montessori
