During the Vietnamese Tet festival, along with apricots and peach blossoms, “banh chung and banh tet” are also traditional. To preserve the essence of Tet, 4Life and the children will have the opportunity to make “banh chung and banh tet”. This involves soaking rice, preparing bean and pork fillings, washing leaves, wrapping, boiling, and scooping out the cakes.
